肠造口术后患者医院-社区互动康复护理干预效果观察

Through “Hospital-Community Exchange Echo” Performing Recovery Nursing with the Patients Underwent Enterostomy .- Observation on Intervention Efficacy

为探索开展肠造口术后患者医院-社区-家庭一体化的全程护理服务方法，将60例患者随机分为两组。观察组30例接受医院社区-家庭一体化的全程护理服务，对照组30例接受常规护理服务，出院1年后对两组造口并发症的发生率、自我护理能力、每目护理造口所需时间、日常生活恢复与社交活动能力情况进行比较。结果显示，观察组造口并发症明显减少（P〈0．05），自我护理能力显著提高（P〈0．05），每日造口护理时间明显缩短（P〈0．05），日常生活恢复及社交活动能力显著提高（P〈0．05）。结果表明，医院-社区-家庭一体化的全程护理干预模式能有效促进肠造口患者的康复。

In order to explore the way to perform whole-course nursing through an integration of ＂hospitalcommunity-family＂ with the patients following enterostomy author divided randomly 60 patients into two groups：observation group（ n ：30） and controlled group（ n ：30）. Observation group received above nursing,while controlled group received routine nursing;later l-year after discharged the incidence of complica- tion,the ability of self-nursing,the time of daily nursing the stoma,and the status of daily life recovery and social intercourse ability were compared between two groups. As results, in observation group the incidence of complication was significantly reduced（ P 〈0.05）, the ability of self-nursing enhanced（ P 〈0.05）, the time of daily nursing the stoma shortened（ P 〈0.05） ,the status of daily life recovery and social intercourse ability improved and risen（ P〈0.05）. Results indicate that the model of whole-course nursing intervention through an integral whole of ＂hospital-community-family＂ can effectively promote the recovery of patients underwent enterostomy.
