试论科学发展观与体育发展方式的转变

Discussion on Scientific Development Concept and the Conversion of Sports Development mode

科学发展观的提出,标志着我国经济与社会事业发展的发展方式将要实现从"建设观"向"发展观"、从"物本主义发展观"向"人本主义发展观"、从"唯经济生产力发展观"向"人的解放与全面发展观"的根本性转变。体育的发展是由社会经济生产力的发展水平所决定的。体育发展的最终目的是为了人的全面发展。从发展、发展观及其问题阐述了科学发展观的本质特征及意义,从我国体育发展发展轨迹与时代特征,分析体育发展中所存在的问题,提出要实现从体育大国走向体育强国,就必须以科学发展观来统领我国未来体育事业发展,实现体育发展方式的转换,坚持以人为本,统筹兼顾,以实现体育的全面、协调、可持续发展。

The advancement of scientific development concept points to a sign that the mode of Chinese economic and social undertakings development will achieve fundamental changes from ＂construction concept＂ to ＂development concept＂, ＂objectism development concept＂ to ＂humanism development concept＂, ＂unique economic productivity development concept＂ to ＂human liberation and general development concept＂. Sports development is determined by the development of social productive forces. The ultimate goal of sports development is for the overall development of human being. This paper introduced the characteristics and significance of scientific development concept from development, development concept and its questions, analyzed the problems in development from the evolutionary process and the sign of the times of Chinese sports development concept, pointed out that we must promote Chinese sports development by the scientific development concept, insist on the humanism, make overall arrangements to change the big sports country into the sports power and realize all-round, harmonious and continually development of sports.
