摘要
当前太阳能获取设备(如太阳能电池、太阳能热水器等)都采用的是固定装置。针对这些设备不能始终保持正面朝向太阳光线,自动化水平低等缺点,采用数字处理芯片TMS320F2812作为伺服控制器(SC),结合可编程逻辑器件EPM7128、测速机、ADS8364等器件设计了一个全数字化双轴指向控制系统,并从控制器的选择、PWM调宽波的生成、速度位置信号的检测、模数数模转化以及上位机的通信等方面详细的给出了系统的实现方案。系统可以在人工参与半自动和全自动不同的方式下工作,解决了自动化水平低的问题。测试表明该系统工作稳定,跟踪精度也达到设计要求。
For the weakness of the Solar-Energy-Seizing equipment,such as low level of automatization and intelligentization,a popular digital signal processor (DSP) TMS320F2812 is adopted as the servo controller (SC) in this system,programmable device EMP7128,tachometer and ADS8364 are also used,and finally a dual axes servo digital system is designed in this paper.The scheme of the system is presented detailed:choice of controller,generation of PWM,delectation of position and velocity,convector of AD and DA,communication with the control computer.There are two working mode,semiautomatic and full automatic.It solves the problem of low level of automatization.
