摘要
针织横机系统采用具有以微处理机为基础,以危险分散控制,操作和管理集中为特性的分布式控制系统,解决了因传统的集中式控制带来的机头导线过多而产生的一系列问题。将针织横机分为核心主控制、运动控制和机头控制3大模块,并分别进行功能和作用描述,采用CAN总线来实现各个模块之间的数据通信,以确保通信质量。
Flat knitting machine system uses a distributed control system,which is microprocessor-based,risk of decentralized control,centralized operation and management,solving a range of issues because of the too many wires in machine head,which taken from traditional centralized control.Flat knitting machine divide into three modules,they are the core of the main control,motion control,and head control,describe their features and functions separately,using CAN bus to realize data communication between each module to ensure communication quality.
