摘要
介绍了变频器应用于CPE(氯化聚乙烯)生产过程中的控制方案,系统构成,并与传统控制方式进行了比较,分析说明了系统优点。以西门子MM440系列通用变频器为例,从控制原理、系统配置、变频器参数设置、系统工作特点及调试等方面论述变频器的实际应用。对变频器的功能及其应用进行了研究。对使用中的关键问题进行了研究和分析,给出了行之有效的方法。
The control strategy and system composition of CPE（Chlorinated Polyethylene） process by using frequency inverter are introduced,and the comparison with traditional control scheme is given in this paper.The advantages of the system are analyzed and explained.With MM440 series frequency inverters of SIEMENS Electric as example,the practical applications are discussed from various aspects,e.g.,control principle,system configuration,parameters setting of inverter,operating features of system,as well as installation and operation.The functions and applications of frequency inverters are studied.
