某厂沥青作业工人肝血流图分析

摘要 为研究煤焦沥青烟气对人体肝脏供血功能影响。本文选择86名某厂沥青作业工人为接触组,同时选择268名无毒物接触史的健康人为对照组。对肝血流图指标:收缩波幅(hs)、舒张波幅(hd)、Z波(dz/dt)波幅、O波(dz/dt)波幅、快速充盈时间(ΔT)及充盈指数(g)、扩张指数(Y)进行各组间比较分析。结果接触组肝动脉瞬时灌注量、门静脉瞬时灌注量及弹性均与对照组存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。高剂量接触组肝动脉充盈程度、瞬时灌注量、弹性及门静脉充盈程度都与低剂量接触组存在显著性差异(P<005)。高剂量接触组沥青作业工龄分别与hs、Z波(dz/dt)波幅、g呈负相关(P<0.01)。 The effect of CTP smoke on the function of the hepatic blood supply was studied. 86 workers exposed to CTP were selected as the exposure group and 268 healthy persons without exposure history as the control group. Data of the observation indices of rheohepatogram, including shrinking wave high(hs), expansion wave high(hd),Z wave (dz/dt) wave high, O wave (dz/dt) wave high, time of filling in blood fast (ΔT) and fullness index (g), expansion index (Y) were calculated and compared between those two groups. The instant blood pouring volume to the hepatic artery and the portal vein and the elasticity of the portal vein were significantly different between the exposure group and that of the control one ( P <0.01). Similar results were also shown between the high exposed group and the low exposed group( P <0.05).There were negative correlations among working years and indices such as hs, Z wave (dz/dt) wave high and g ( P <0.01).It suggested that the CTP smoke appeared to be harmful to the function of the hepatic blood supply.
