Popularization of Modem Chinese Marxism is neither universal nor sinicized; Promoting popularization of modem Chinese Marxism is to enhance the attractive, persuasive and cohesive force of the theoretical systemof socialism with Chinese characteristics. Its approaches are reasoning and practice. The effective ways are to recognize, accept, master and apply the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, cadres and ordinary mernkers of Chinese Communist Party with core values.
