摘要
为了解决复杂装配产品的快速变型设计问题,提出了产品全息装配的概念,研究了基于全息模型的参数化装配变型设计原理。根据全息产品多样化、集成化的特点,将草图信息、接口信息嵌入装配模型中,更新并重用不同装配模块的知识,构建基于全息装配与知识重用技术的自适应体系,达到将装配模型的变型设计应用于系列产品开发中的目的,并以桥式起重机桥架为对象进行了验证。结果表明,该方法满足了产品装配知识重用的需求,并大大降低了程序的依赖性。
To achieve the fast variant design of complicated assembly product,the concept of product holographic assembly was proposed,and variant design of parameterized assembly based on holographic model was studied.According to the features of diversification and integration of holographic products,sketch data and interface information were embedded in assembly model and distinct assembly module knowledge were renewed and reused to built self-adaptive architecture based on the technology of holographic assembling and knowledge reuse,so as to gain the goal of applying the variant design based on assembly model to the product series development.The feasibility of the model was verified through the bridge frame of bridge crane.The results show that this method meets the demand of knowledge reuse for product assembly so as to greatly reduce the dependence of product procedure.
