摘要
本文研究了工业废水中常见的NaCl、Na_2SO_4和CaCl_2对生物污泥活性的影响。试验结果NaCl的生物处理极限允许浓度为2.5×10~4mg/L,Na_2SO_4 6×10~4mg/L,CaCl_2 4.5×10~4mg/L。极限允许浓度与测定时的环境因素有关。基质去除阻害率和耗氧速度阻害率,随盐浓度的变化而变化的规律,基本相同。研究表明,无机盐对生物污泥活性的阻害,是由渗透压引起的;降低盐的浓度,可使污泥的活性很快得到恢复。而铜的阻害不易恢复。这可能是由于铜与酶形成了络合物的缘故。
Kinds of common salts,such as NaCl,Na_2SO_4 and CaCl_2,exist in industrial wastewater will- influence the activity of sludge in biochemical process.Thus,the Limited permissible concentration of these salts have been determined and the results showed that the limited.permissible concentra- tions of NaCl,Na_2SO_4 and CaCl_2 were 2.5×10~4 mg/l,6×10~4 mg/l and 4.5×10~4 mg/l respectively,whi- ch depend on several environmental factors.It showed that the variation of the inhibition rates for both substrate elimination and oxygen removal were nearly the same when the concentration of sa- lts changed,but the value of both were different.The difference in value was big as the salt con- centration was low.When the concentration of salts near the permissible one,the rates become uni- form,The influence of concentration of salts on the inhibition of sludge activity maybe due to os- motic pressure,and sludge activity will rehabilitate soon after the concentration of salts decreased, and inhibition caused by Cu^(2+) is difficult to rehabilitate,at may be due to the formation of a com- plex between enzyme and Cu^(2+).
