英国的殖民统治与印度法律的变化 被引量：3

摘要 印度是一个多宗教、多民族的文明古国,印度文化吸收了许多外来文化的因素。就法律而言,英国的殖民统治使印度移植了英国法律,传统印度的法律发生了质的变化;但印度法律也大程度上保留了自己的传统,具有很强的本土性。
