玻璃钢混合杆柱设计方法及防冲距计算 被引量:3

摘要 玻璃钢杆柱不能承受过大的压力,设计时底部需增加一定长度的钢杆形成玻璃钢混合杆柱。大多数玻璃钢混合杆柱设计方法均以中和点为设计参考,通过对杆柱系统失稳临界载荷进行分析,提出以底部杆柱不受压失稳为目标的杆柱应力设计方法,并在此基础上结合模糊数学优化理论,得到玻璃钢混合杆柱系统的优化设计步骤。分析了玻璃钢混合杆柱防冲距,简化并修正了防冲距计算公式。提供的设计最佳初选比例能够节省计算时间,提高计算精度。提出的设计方法在实际应用中取得了良好的应用效果。 The fiberglass sucker rods can not stand load so steel pipe to be ended on to fiberglass sucker rods when designing.The optimal designed of fiberglass-steel with ended steel pipe provides short calculation time and high accuracy.The design of most such rods based on the center point as design reference.The analysis on instability of string under critical load was made,which educed the design method for lower string based on instability with no load on.Following the above analysis and combining fuzzy mathematical optimization theory,the optimum design steps were obtained for such string.The analysis of the anti-collision spacing is made to provide the simplification of calculation formula.The perfect application effect was obtained fron this design method.
