螺杆钻具定子电解加工阴极计算机辅助设计 被引量:6

摘要 以等壁厚螺杆钻具定子为研究对象,在分析螺杆钻具定子曲线的基础上,介绍了有限元数值解法在求解电解加工间隙电势分布的拉普拉斯(Laplace)方程几何反问题上的应用,并用ANSYS有限元软件分析了加工间隙电场强度分布,完成了螺杆钻具定子电解加工的阴极设计。 Studying on screwdrill stator,the finite element numerical method's application to the resolution of geometry inverse problems of Laplace equation is introduced,which is used to describe the interstitial electrical field of electrochemical machining,and all these were done after the analyzing screwdrill stator's curve.Then the finite element software of ANSYS was used to analyze the machining interstitial electrical field,and the design of cathode which is used in screwdrill stator's electrochemical machining was finished at last.
