安塞油田为低渗透油田,随着大丛式井组的增多,使用有杆泵采油存在能耗高、杆管偏磨、调参复杂等问题。进行了直线电机无杆采油工艺技术试验和效果分析,为提高系统效率、降低井筒治理和设备维护费用提供了一个很好的技术思路。

Ansai Oilfield is a typical low-permeability reservoir.Recently,as more and more cluster wells,the well is drilled deeper and deeper.The horizontal displacement is becoming broad;the well track is becoming complicated.Sucker rod pump technology which contracts the exemption period,decreases the efficiency and reduces the benefit,owes much problem,as high energy consumption,the oil tube and sucker rod lopsided wearing each other,complicated parameter variation,and so on.So,it attempts linear motor mining pumps technology which provides a good and new way to improve the system efficiency of oil mining and reducing the cost of administering borehole and equipment servicing.
