摘要
通过问卷调查采集相关数据,利用统计分析方法研究企业-员工交换中的员工期望所得与雇佣关系的关联。结果发现,在企业-员工交换中期望所得的看重程度上存在不同的员工,其与企业之间的雇佣关系也存在差异,并且这种差异会反映到员工的组织公民行为和组织承诺上。
The paper collected relevant data through questionnaires,and utilized statistical analysis to study the correlation between the expectation of employee in the enterprise-employee interchange and employment relationship.Results show that employees differ on the aspect of the degree of expectation of what they gain from the enterprise-employee interchange,which differs from employment relationship.It can be reflected on their organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior.
