摘要
社会经济发展变革改变了组织经营的方式,导致社会契约内涵的转变,从而引发了雇佣关系的变革。后科层主义组织的出现推动了柔性化、个性化的组织社会契约的发展,使得雇佣关系体现出个人主义、能力主义的发展趋势。对雇佣关系变革内涵的分析表明,应从工作关系和情感关系两个方面应对变革带来的管理挑战。
Social economic development reform changes the way of organization and operation,which leads to the transformation of connotation of social contract and thus the change of employment relations.The appearance of post-bureaucracy promotes the development of flexible and individual organization social contract,which makes the employment relationship embody the developing trend of individualism and meritocracy.The analysis of the employment relationship change indicates that it needs to face the management challenges from the aspects of working relationship and emotional relationship.
