摘要
组织应重视知识转换的非正式途径。组织学习首先发生在非正式团体中,通过非正式团体中个体间的知识传播,扩散至整个组织并最终成为组织持续学习的能力源泉。基于实践社团与组织持续学习力之间的相互关系,提出了知识转换曲线和知识能集测度公式,构建知识能值表示知识转换相关度。同时确定了知识转换驱动因素,最后建立组织持续学习力形成阶段机制,并针对如何提高知识转换提出相应的对策。
Organizations should pay attention to informal means of knowledge conversion. The organizational learning first occurs in informal groups. By means of informal groups,knowledge spreads among individuals,then diffuses to the entire organization,and finally becomes a power source of sustainable organizational learning. Based on the relationships between the community of practice and the sustainable organizational learning,this article proposes the knowledge conversion curve and the measurement formula of knowledge energy set,and establishes the knowledge energy value to indicate the correlation of knowledge conversion. At the same time,the article determines the driving factors of knowledge conversion. Finally,the sustainable organizational learning mechanism is established,and some relevant countermeasures as to how to improve knowledge conversion are proposed.
