科学地确定信息政策方案是信息政策顺利实施的前提。如何在多种方案中选择最优方案成为关键问题。本文基于加权灰靶决策理论,依据靶心距离对多个方案进行排序,为选择最优方案提供理论依据。

Determining information policy program scientifically is the premise for successfully implementing information policy. How to select the best program in a variety of programs has become the key issue. This paper,based on the weight gray target decision theory,sorts several programs according to their off-target distances and provides a theoretical basis for the selection of the best program.
