摘要
认为世界城市是全球战略性资源、战略性产业和战略性通道的控制中心,也是世界文明融合与交流的多元文化中心,是城市硬实力与软实力的高度统一体。从世界城市的概念和本质出发,探讨了北京建设世界城市基本战略的定位,认为北京建设世界城市应探索具有中国特色和首都特征的世界城市区域体系新模式,进而推动环渤海地区的加速崛起。
This article argues that the world city is the control center of world＇ s strategic resources, strategic industries and strategic channel, the multi - cultural center of world＇ s civilization integration and communication, and the unity of urban hard power and soft power. It discusses the basic strategy of constructing world city by Beijing from the perspective of the concept and nature of world city. It points out that Beijing should explore a new model characterized by Chinese feature and Beijing feature by promoting the rise of the Bohai Sea region.
