城市传统景观特征的保护与导控管理

Preservation and administration of urban traditional landscape features

城市传统景观是在长期的历史变迁中积淀起来的文化遗产,城市必须保护那些经过时间沉淀、构成城市风貌的景观特征。引用美国等发达国家通过城市设计实现景观特征保护与城市文化复兴的若干范例,提出了要在景观规划的特征分析基础上制定城市设计导则,以发挥其对历史街区保护的导控管理作用。同时也强调了景观的动态发展规律,要求在保护景观特征的基础上,创造有地方魅力的、能适应时代需要的城市景观。

Traditional urban landscape is a kind of cultural heritage that was developed and accumulated in long historical progress and changes. Landscape characteristics that involved through time and recognized as part of city features should be carefully preserved. This article, oriented on a number of successful examples of landscape characteristics preservation and regeneration of urban culture through urban landscape designing in the USA and other developed countries, suggests that the urban planning guideline should be based on the analysis of landscape identities, so as to ensure its controlling and guiding role in the preservation of historic districts. In the mean time, the article also emphasizes the rule of dynamic landscape development which asks for creating new urban landscapes with local charms and new - age characteristics while protecting the landscape identity.
