以德国斯图加特市和日本旭川市为例,介绍了城市气候环境图集的绘制和分析方法及相应的城市规划提案,认为从城市气候学的角度分析城市区域气候的特点,并将其结果用于城市规划及环境保护,对利用气候信息改善城市环境具有重要意义和价值。

Taking German and Japanese cities for example, this article introduces the drawing methods, analysis methods and responding urban planning proposals of urban climate environmental atlas. It argues that making analysis to the characteristics of urban regional climate from the perspective of urban climate and carrying out analysis results to urban planning and environment protection will be of great importance for cities to improve urban environment by using urban climate information.
