摘要
通过对北京市中心城区就业人员进行筛选式问卷调查,获取了职居分离及其通勤行为的实证数据,并运用GIS工具对职居空间距离进行测算,分析了不同人群从中心城区向外围迁移的特征;认为北京市老城区就业人员中,有能力主动迁移的人群往往选择在更远的地方居住,而没有能力主动迁移的人群则只能依赖就业地点被动迁移,使城市演化呈现出主动迁移与被动迁移交错的过渡特征。
Mismatch of job -housing is a phenomenon of urban dynamic evolution process. This article adopts field survey to get data about spatial mismatch between job and housing places, and then uses GIS to calculate distance between them. Analysis has been done among different groups of residents to find principles of dynamics of urban evolution. It is concluded that initiative migration and positive migration mixed together in the process of urban dynamic evolution. This means that higher level group of residents migrate initiatively further; however, lower level group of residents live positively nearer to downtown and around periphery- areas.
