建筑废料分类分拣的制约因素

Factors affecting on-site sorting of construction waste

对我国在建设项目施工现场实施建筑废料分类分拣的必要性和制约因素进行了研究。通过现场对比实验证明了实施分类分拣的必要性;然后利用实地访谈识别了影响现场分类分拣的十个主要因素;最后采用问卷调查法考察了这些因素对三个不同的分类分拣方案的制约程度,并就每个因素对这三个方案的制约程度进行了对比分析。结果表明:"人力投入"、"缺乏循环再利用市场"、"建筑废料分类的可能性"和"更高的管理要求"是最主要的制约因素,应该制定有针对性的措施改善这些因素对实施分类分拣的影响。三个方案对比分析的结果可为制定现场分类分拣方案提供重要参考。

This article studies the necessity to conduct on - site waste sorting in construction and the factors affecting its successful implementation. It firstly verifies the necessity of carrying out on - site waster sorting by experiments; then it identifies ten most important factors affecting on - site sorting of construction waste by series of interviews ; finally it adopts questionnaire to investigate the impacts of these factors on three different on- site sorting schemes. The results showed that ＂ manpower demand＂, ＂lack of recycle market＂, ＂the feasibility of on - site waste sorting＂ , and ＂better management＂ are the major factors, and corresponding measures should be taken to improve their impacts. The comparison results of the three on- site sorting schemes could serve as crucial references for developing on - site waste sorting plans.
