摘要
本研究从分析青海师范大学大学生的心理特点出发,研究了多民族、多元文化背景下新生入学适应教育的策略、内容和管理,旨在为我国高原地区的高校提供大学新生入学教育的策略。本文研究了青藏高原地区高校辅导策略和规划,为有效指导青藏高原地区进行大学新生入学适应教育的创新和学校教育优化作出有益的探讨。
Based on the mental character of college students from Qinghai Normal University , this article researches the strategies, contents, and management of freshmen entrance education under the multi-nation and multi-culture background, in order to provide the strategies of freshmen u- niversity-entrance education for the universities that locate in plateau areas. This article also researches the strategies and plans of universities counseling that lie in Qing-Tibet plateau area, in order to have an effectively guide the creation of freshmen university-entrance education and optimization of school education ,which both of them from Qing-Tibet plateau area.
