光量子血治疗眼底动脉缺血性病变的疗效观察

Observationf Curative Effect on Lesion of Eyegrand Artenal Anoxemia with the Treatment of Ultraviolet Bood

目的：对眼动脉缺血病人进行治疗研究。方法：对13例眼底动脉缺血性病变病人进行光量子化照射自血回输治疗。结果：治疗前后血液流变学各项指标有明显的差异（P＜0．05）．血氧饱和度由平均30．8%上升到97．5%（P＜0．01）．MDA较治疗前降低。SOD较治疗前活性上升，二者差异有显著性（P＜0.05）。9例病人发病当天治疗视力平均由0．222提高到0．611（P＜0．05）．3例发病后2～5天治疗视力平均提高0．083．1例延误治疗而无效。结论：光量子血对眼底动脉缺血性病变早期治疗有显著疗效。

13 patients of eyeground arterial anoxemia had received treatment of ul-traviolet blood irradiation autotransfusion. Results showed that each physiologic in-dex of blood rheology had significant difference (P<0. 05). Before and after treat-ment degree of blood oxygen saturation increased from 30. 8% to 97. 5% (P<0. 01). MDA decreased compared with that before treatment. SOD increased com-pared with that before treatment. Both had significant difference (P <0.05). Ninecases of them were treated on the day the illness happened and their vision incrcasedfrom O. 225 to 0.611 (P<0. 05 ). Three cases of them were treated 2-5 days afterthe occurence of illness, their vision increased 0. 083. One of them who delayed thebest time for treatment showed no change. All the above have shown that if thetreatment is earlier ultraviolet bood has a remarkable curative effect on the lesion ofeyeground arterlal anoxemla.
