城市化视野的农民工社区融入类型剖析

Analysis of Integration Type of Migrant Worker Community under the Background of Urbanization

农民工的社区融入包括居住于集体宿舍、居住于"农民工社区"、散居于城市社区三大类别。农民工融入城市社区须经历三个层面:经济层面、社会日常生活层面、社会心理层面。前两种类型的农民工社区融入难源于社区的封闭性和农民工的乡土意识和自卑心理;第三种类型的社区融入难源于制度障碍、管理模式的弊端和农民工潜在心理的消极影响。对不同的农民工社区融入渠道应按照分类别解决的思路纳入社区管理。

Community integration type of migrant workers is divided into three types：living in the dormitory,migrant work-er community and scattered around urban community. Migrant workers integration into urban community has to undergo three levels：economic level,the level of social daily life,and the level of social phychology. The first two types of migrant workers integration is hard because of community closeness,migrant workers＇ local awareness and inferior psychology; the three type of migrant workers integration is hard because of passive influence of institutional obstacles,shortcoming of management model and migrant workers＇ potential phychology. The channel of different community integration types of migrant workers should be classified.
