摘要
灌服北苍术７５％醇提物５和１５ｇ／ｋｇ，抑制小鼠水浸应激性溃疡、盐酸性溃疡和吲哚美辛－乙醇性溃疡形成，抑制乙酸引起的小鼠扭体反应和延长热痛刺激甩尾反应的潜伏期。十二指肠给予３ｇ／ｋｇ和１０ｇ／ｋｇ促进大鼠胆汁分泌，也能延长大鼠凝血时间和ＫＰＴＴ，但不延长ＰＴ和电刺激颈动脉血栓形成时间。
alcoholic extract of Rhizoma Atractylodis 5 and 15g/kg ig inhibited the formations of gastric ulcers induced by water immersion stress, HCe and indomethacin-alcohol in mice. Its analgesic effect found expression in inhibiting acetic acid-induced the writhing frequency and prolonging the latent period of tail flip response to hot water stimulation in mice. The extract 3 and 10g/kg increased choleresis,extended KPTT and coagulative time,but did not extended PT and thrombotic time induced by electric stimulating artery in rats.
