某型号旋转防喷器故障分析与结构改进研究

针对某型旋转防喷器在生产过程中出现的问题,提出了几种解决方案并进行了分析。分析认为:改水循环冷却为填料内部油循环冷却、中心管增加扶正套、改变原润滑油循环方式等,可以很大程度改善该旋转防喷器出现的一系列问题。

For the problems of one type of rotating blowout preventer in the production process, we proposed several formulas and ana- lyzed the formulas carefully. We eventually hit upon a formula that would be acceptable, We use oil cooling system instead of water cooling system for the filling part; increase righting sets for the center tube; change the recycling mode of the original lubricant and so on, then it can improve a series of problems of the rotating BOP greatly.
