摘要
以擦窗机的折臂为研究对象,采用有限元方法,选取折臂的极限工况对其进行了结构静力分析,得到了极限应力值,并借鉴起重机规范进行验算,表明折臂满足强度要求;对折臂进行了特征值屈曲分析,得出了折臂局部稳定的结论。
Taking the goose-neck jib of gondola as subject and by using the finite element method, this paper analyses the stucture static force of the goose-neck iib and gets its limit stress, and according to the specifgation of cranes, it checks calculation for the strength of goose-neck jib and shows that it meets the demand; this paper also analyses the eigenvalue buckling of the goose-neck iib and gets the conclusion of its partial stabilization.
