摘要
实验观察大蒜素注射液及大蒜制剂对心脏的毒副作用。采用Ｌａｎｇｅｎｄｏｒｆ法对兔离体心脏分别灌流大蒜素注射液、大蒜注射液、大蒜实验液，分别记录心搏图，求出致心脏停搏的最小剂量，结果：大蒜素注射液的抑菌浓度为大蒜实验液的１／６．２～１／３，而致心脏停搏的最小浓度分别为０．１７３６ｕ／ｍｌ和３．９１９ｕ／ｍｌ。为临床提供了使用大蒜素注射液和大蒜制剂对心脏毒副作用的理论根据。
This article studied the cardiotoxicity of garlicin injecction and garlic preparation.METHODS:We recorded the cardiogram by perfusing garlicin injection and garlic preparation to the isolated heart of rabbits by Langendorff method,examined the minimum dose of asystole. RESULTS:The minimum fungistatic concentration of garlicin injection was 3～6.2 times lower than that of garlic preparation. The minimum dose of garlic preparation is 0.1736 u/ml, and that of garlicin injection is 3.919 u/ml. CONCLUSION: The cardiotoxicity of garlic prepration is lower than that of garlicin injection.
