综合数据采集系统的设计

摘要 针对普通测试仪表只能进行单参数测量,对于一些功率参数无法直接用仪表检测的问题,特设计了一套综合数据采集系统通用平台。本平台建立了以51单片机STC89LE516AD为控制核心的多通道硬件系统,应用C语言开发软件系统,结合LabVIEW 8.0完成了上位机数据处理人机界面的设计,实现了数据采集、通讯、液晶显示和上位机数据处理,还具有键盘控制、数据存储等功能,可以进行时间修改、AD模式选择等操作,方便用户根据自己的实际情况来选择适合自己的系统。 The simple testing instruments existed at present can only measure a single parameter. Some power parameters cannot be measured directly. So we design a set of integration data acquisition system which can accomplish the measurement of multiple parameters. In this design, the multi-channel hardware system of the newly single-chip microcomputer STC89LE516AD is constructed and the software is realized by C language. In addition, the GUI design for position PC machine data processing is completed by LabVIEW8.0. The platform accomplishes such functions as data acquisition, LCD display and position PC machine data processing in addition to keyboard control and data storing. it can amend the AD mode selection and other operations, the convenience of users according to their own actual conditions to choose their own system.
