摘要
实验结果表明，降脂保肝胶囊对高脂血症鹌鹑有显著性降低血浆ＴＧ（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．００１）、ＣＨ（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．００１）含量的作用，可提高ＲＢＣ中ＳＯＤ的活力（Ｐ＜０．００１，０．０５＜Ｐ＜０．０１），降低血浆中ＭＤＡ的含量（Ｐ＜０．０５，０．０５＜Ｐ＜０．０１），具有降血脂防、止或延缓动物粥样硬化的作用及抗氧化作用，长期服用对肝脏无损害及其它毒副作用。
The experimental results on quail showed that Jiangzhi Baogan capsule can remarkably reduce plasma content of TG(P<0.05,P<0.001),CH(P<0.05,0.001)and MDA(P<0.05,0.05<P<0.01)and increase activity of SOD in RBC(P<0.001,0.005<P<0.01),having effect of lowering blood lipid,preventing or slowing down the process of athcrosclcrosis and resisting against oxidation.Long-time use of the drug showed no damage to liver or other side or toxic effects.
