The paper points out that for the purpose of economic sustainable development of geological exploration,we should innovating institutional environment,legal environment,policy environment,social environment,the personnel environment,and scientific and technological environment so as to provide dynamic force and the legal protection;promoting inner vigor,creating a good atmosphere,providing both intellectual protection and inexhaustible motive force.
