摘要
矿产资源是国民经济发展的重要原料和工业粮食,地质矿产业在国民经济中扮演着重要的基础性角色。在当前我国资源供需矛盾日益严重、资源保障上升为国家经济安全战略和全国国土系统开展地质找矿改革发展大讨论的背景下,积极主动地进行矿产资源的商业化开发是促进地矿经济发展的必然选择。根据目前的商业地质勘查项目进行分类,并在分类的基础上归纳总结商业地质勘查项目运作中的典型合作模式,通过比较可得出以资金、技术和管理三要素为基础的三位一体合作模式是我国商业地质勘查项目未来发展的主要方向的结论。
In the context of:the contradictions between supply and demand of resources are becoming increasingly serious;resources guarantee has escalated to national economic security strategy;national land and resources departments have carried out largescale discussion on the reform and development of geological prospecting.The paper points out that actively carrying out the commercial exploitation of mineral resources is an inevitable choice for promoting economic development of geology and minerals.It concludes that trinity cooperation model based on capital,technology and management is the major future development direction for China's commercial geological prospecting projects.
