摘要
针对人力资源在企业核心能力中的作用问题,采用规范研究的方法,分析了人力资源与企业核心能力关系,提出通过最大发挥人力资源自身作用、在人力资源管理实践中获取竞争优势等企业核心竞争力选择路径,为企业核心能力提高提供支持。
In view of the role of human resources in the core competence,with standard research method,the paper analyzes the relationship between human resources and core capabilities,and offers support for improving enterprises’core competence through playing the biggest role of human resources,and obtaining competitive advantage in human resource management practice.
