摘要 自十九世纪末期白喉毒素(diphtheria toxin,DT)被发现以来,它在毒素研究领域一直备受关注,DT的细胞毒性以及其抑制蛋白质合成的性质、穿膜特性等都使DT在近几十年来成为毒素研究的热点,并使其成为了解细菌外毒素作用模式及结构功能关系的一个范例。同时鉴于DT结构与功能的显著特点,白喉毒素已成为导向治疗药物研究中应用最多的细菌毒素。
