冠状动脉介入治疗后血管再狭窄的药物防治进展

Advances on prevention and treatment of restenosis after coronary artery intervention with drugs

目前经皮冠状动脉介入（percutaneous coronary interventions，PCI）治疗已广泛应用于冠心病（coronary artery disease，CAD）的治疗，但是PCI后血管再狭窄（restenosis，RS）严重影响了PCI的远期疗效。目前认为PCI后发生Rs可能与局部或全身的炎症、血管内皮损伤、血小板黏附和聚集、血管平滑肌细胞（vascular smooth muscle cell，VSMC）的转化、迁移、增殖及细胞外基质（extracellular matrix，ECM）合成和沉积、血管内膜过度增生和新生内膜的形成等有关。本文对近年来应用药物防治RS的研究进展作一综述。
