摘要
以酸橘、枳壳2种砧木的成年砂糖橘果树为供试材料,通过对砂糖橘树体各部位磷素营养水平的分析,研究砧木对砂糖橘树体磷素营养分布的影响。结果表明:(1)酸橘、枳壳2种砧木砂糖橘的根系磷素分布规律虽然存在一定差异,但都表现为须根中的磷素含量显著高于主根、侧根中的磷素含量,且主根与侧根中的磷素含量表现为不同砧木砂糖橘间差异显著。(2)2种砧木砂糖橘当年生枝的磷素营养水平要显著高于往年生枝和主干,而砧木差别对枝干各部位的磷素营养水平没有影响。(3)2种砧木砂糖橘的秋梢新叶的磷素含量显著高于4级、5级叶片,砧木的差别不影响各类叶片的磷素营养水平。(4)酸橘、枳壳2种砧木砂糖橘的果实中磷素的分布存在一定差异,但是不同砧木对果皮和果肉的磷素含量没有影响。
The study was carried out to compare the effects of Shatang Mandarin trees grafted into Sudacih and trifoliata rootstocks on phosphorus distribution by analyzing different parts of Shatang Mandarin.The results indicated that:(1) The phosphate(P) distribution of Shatang Mandarin trees on Sudacih and trifoliata rootstocks in roots had some differences,i.e.P content in fibrous root was significantly greater than that in taproots and lateral roots,and the differences of P content were also significant in taproots and lateral roots.(2) The P content in current branches was substantially higher than that in more than one-year-old branches and stem,which was not affected by rootstock.(3) The P content of new leaves was significantly higher than that in old leaves,and rootstock had no effect on this.(4) In fruits,the P concentration of Shatang Mandarin trees on the two rootstocks had differences to some degree,though rootstock played a minor part on the P content in pulp and rind.
