荔枝品种对绿额翠尺蛾实验种群增长的影响 被引量:5

Effect of the Lychees Varieties on the Experimental Population Dynamics of Thalassodes proquadraria Inouce

摘要 在室内温度(26±0.5)℃、湿度RH=(80±5)%及光周期L:D=13:11的条件下研究了5个荔枝品种(丁香、无籽、妃子笑、三月红、风霜)对绿额翠尺蛾(Thalassodes proquadraria Inouce)生长、发育和繁殖的影响。结果表明:绿额翠尺蛾的世代发育历期以取食丁香最长(26.3d),显著长于三月红、无籽和风霜等几个品种;以取食三月红最短(23.8d),除与丁香有显著差异外,与其余3个荔枝品种无显著差异。世代存活率以丁香最低(55.1%),三月红最高(75.0%);产卵量以三月红最高(552.0粒),丁香最低(318.0粒);其种群增长趋势(I)仍以丁香最慢,三月红最快,三月红约是丁香的2.4倍。以rm作为抗虫性指标,5个荔枝品种对绿额翠尺蛾的抗性强弱顺序为:丁香>妃子笑>无籽>风霜>三月红,说明丁香对绿额翠尺蛾种群数量的增长有一定的控制作用。 Under controlled condition in laboratory(T:26℃±0.5℃,RH=80%±5%,L:D=13:11),the effects of 5 Lychee Varieties(Dingxiang,Wuzi,Feizixiao,Sanyuehong,Fengshuang) to development and reproduction of Thalassodes proquadraria Inouce were studied.The results showed that developmental duration of T.proquadraria fed on Dingxiang was the longest,compared with Sanyuehong,Wuzi and Fengshuang;the developmental duration of T.proquadraria fed on Sanyuehong was the shortest and there was no significant difference with that fed on Wuzi,Feizixiao,Fengshuang,except Dingxiang.The survival rates of T.proquadraria varied from 55.1% on Dingxiang to 75.0% on Sanyuehong.The oviposition of T.proquadraria varied from 318.0 eggs on Dingxiang to 552.0 eggs on Sanyuehong.Population growth tendency of T.proquadraria was the fastest on Sanyuehong,which was 2.4 times as Dingxiang.Resistance degrees of 5 Lychee species were followed in order:DingxiangFeizixiaoWuziFengshuangSanyuehong by rm as the indicator of insect-resistance.So the growth of T.proquadraria on Dingxiang was inhibited and Dingxiang was insect-resistance species.
