基于开源GIS的城市交通信息平台研究

City Traffic Information Platform Based on Open Source GIS

根据现代城市交通管理的需求,结合开源软件的特点,采用GIS技术,描述了空间数据以及用于交通管理的属性数据在数据库中的存储方式,进行了系统的总体设计,提出了1种能够满足城市交通信息管理需求、基于开源GIS的系统设计方案。该方案既能够在交通信息平台中方便地引入GIS功能,又能减少开发的成本,同时满足进一步研究的需要。

According to the requirements of the modern city＇s traffic management,with combination of the characteristics of the open source software,and by using the GIS technology,this paper describes the ways to store spatial data and the attribute data which is stored in the database for the traffic management,outlines the overall design and puts forward a system solution based on the Open GIS,which can meet the requirements of the city traffic information＇s management.This method can not only bring the GIS function into the traffic information platform conveniently,but also reduce the cost of the project and meet the desire of the further investigation.
