道路交通统计生命价值研究进展及成果综述

Research Progress and Results of the Value of Statistical Life in Road Traffic

道路交通统计生命价值是交通安全项目经济效益评价的重要指标,在国外已有40多a的研究历史,但在我国却几乎空白。文中对道路交通统计生命价值评价方法进行比较分析,按照评价方法将其研究进展划分为3大阶段并总结各阶段的研究特点和研究成果,指出未来的研究方向以及对我国的借鉴作用。

The Value of Statistical Life in Road Traffic is an important criterion in the economic evaluation of traffic safety programs.This research has a history of more than 40 years in foreign countries,but still almost remains blank in China.This paper firstly makes a comparative analysis of its evaluation methods.Then,it divides its research progress into three stages and summarizes their characteristics and achievements.Finally,it points out the research direction in the future and the references for China.
