低碳经济下的公路交通现代化评价体系探讨

Highway Traffic Modernization Evaluation Index System in Lowcarbon Economy Period

在总结国内外学者研究成果的基础上,分析了低碳经济下的公路交通现代化的涵义,确定了12个评价指标及其现代化目标值。应用层次分析法确定各个指标的权重,建立了评价指标体系,并将指标体系运用到2007年上海市公路交通现代化评价,计算得到其实现度为51.30%。最后提出了上海市公路现代化建设的改善建议。

The highway construction has developed rapidly in China.The researches of Zhejiang,Guangdong and other provinces on highway modernization have achieved a lot.On the base of domestic and foreign researches,this paper analyzes the connotation of modern highway in the period of low-carbon economy and identifies 12 evaluation indexes and target values.Then,it determines the weight of each index by way of AHP and establishes an evaluation system.Furthermore,this paper applies the evaluation system to Shanghai highway modernization evaluation of 2007 and achieves degree of 51.30%.Finally,proposals are put forward to improve the current Shanghai highway modernization construction.
