本文就38例肺结核合并恶性疟疾患者有关两病临床症状的异同点、内在联系及诊断和治疗问题提出了一些易于接受的见解，并指出加强疟疾防治、减少算发仍然是疟疾流行区面临的艰巨任务。

38 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis with complicated pernicious malaria were analyzed in this article. The writers propose some ideas about the similarities and differ- ence of clinical symptoms of these two dis- eases and their internal relations. diagnosis and treatment,also point out that strength- ening the prevention and cure of malaria and decreasing the recurrence of malaria is still an arduous task of malaria epidemic area.
