摘要 【研究目的】建立水果中8种外源性植物生长调节剂乙烯利、丁酰肼、抑芽丹、赤霉素、玉米素、氯吡尿、矮壮素、α-萘乙酸的液相色谱-串联质谱测定方法。【方法】样品制备后,采用乙腈提取,经过certifyⅡ固相萃取柱净化处理后,采用LC-MS/MS由电喷雾(ESI),多反应监测(MRM),负离子模式检测(其中矮壮素是正离子模式),外标法定量。【结果】在2.0~100.0mg/L范围内,8种植物生长调节剂的回收率在70.0%~101.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均在10%以内。【结论】所建立的方法简便快捷,可满足检验检疫实际需求。 【 OBJECTIVE 】 A method for determination of eight exogenous plant growth regulators in fruit was developed. 【 METHOD 】 After homogenization, sample was extracted with acetonitrile. The extracts were cleaned by certify Ⅱsolid phase extraction(SPE) cartridge. Identification and determination were achieved by electrospray ionization in negative mode using multiple reaction monitoring of liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (chlormequat detection especially for positive mode). The plant growth regulators are quantified by external standard method. 【 RESULTS 】 The recoveries of all eight exogenous plant growth regulator in the range from 2 to 100 mg/L are within 70.0%-101.0% , the relative standard deviations (RSDs) for the eight exogenous plant growth regulator are less than 10% . 【 CONCLUSION 】 The method developed was novel and rapid for application in practice.
