施氮对大豆叶片生理指标的影响 被引量:6

摘要 在不同的施氮量和不同时期下,通过光谱仪和SPAD-502叶绿素计等仪器,测定V3、V4、V5、R1、R2、R3、R4、R5、R6、R7和R8时期大豆叶片光谱、叶绿素、叶面积和氮含量,研究大豆各生理指标变化规律,分析施氮水平对大豆若干生理指标的影响,为今后研究大豆的各项生理指标提供科学依据。结果表明:不同的施氮水平对大豆叶面积、氮素和叶干重的影响趋势一致,即N2>N1>N3>N0,达到了显著或极显著水平;SPAD值的分析结果表现为N3>N2>N1>N0,差异极显著。 At different nitrogen application and different times, leaf spectra, chlorophyll, leaf area and nitrogen content of soybean were measured in the period of V3,V4,R1,R2,R3,R4,R5,R6,R7 and R8 by NIRS and SPAD-502 instrument etc. In order to provide scientific evidence of the physiological indicators of soybean for future, it researched orderliness of physiological indexes of soybean, and analyzed effect of physiological indices of soybean in different nitrogen levels. The results showed that the impact trend of leaf area, nitrogen content and leaf dry matter accumulation of soybean were agreement in different nitrogen treatment, they were N2N1N3N0, and existed significant and very significant differences. Analytical results was N3N2N1 N0 in SPAD, and they showed highly significant differences.
