精馏塔再沸器热水循环工艺改造总结

摘要 对VCM精馏塔再沸器热水循环工艺进行了改造,增加了热水循环量,降低了热水进口温度和进出口热水温差;改造后减少了高沸塔和精馏塔板的自聚现象,稳定了VCM的质量,产生了一定的经济效益。 Modifications were made for the hot water circulation process for reboilers of VCM rectification columns, including increasing the circulating load of hot water, lowering the tempera- ture difference between inlet and outlet of hot water. After modifications, the self-polymerization on the plates of high boiling columns and rectification columns were reduced, the quality of VCM was stabilized, and some economic effects were produced.
