阐述了70 m3聚合釜的入料及反应过程中的安全控制方法及应急救援预案,详细介绍了聚合反应过程中异常现象的判断及应对措施,停电情况下的紧急处理措施,并对DCS系统的改进提出了建议。
Measures for safety control of the feeding and reaction process of 70 m3 polymerizers were explained as well as the emergency plans of accident rescuing. The judgement of abnormal phenomena occurred during polymerization and the countermeasures, emergency measures for pow- er failure were introduced in detail. Suggestions on the improvement of DCS system were proposed.
