摘要
对某蜡油催化裂化装置中发生失效的放空管进行了宏观形貌、金相组织、微观形貌、能谱分析及腐蚀产物能谱和X荧光分析,结果表明,放空管材质存在一定程度的敏化,在含有一定量二氧化硫和水汽的烟气环境下,发生晶间腐蚀。文中提出了改进措施。
The failure of the vent pipe in VGO FCC unit has been analyzed through macro observation, metallographic examination,micro appearance, energy spectrum and the energy spectrum and XRF of the corrosion products.The results showed that there was a certain degree of sensitization in the vent pipe material and in an environment containing a certain amount of sulfur dioxide and water vapor,intergranular corrosion would occur.Finally,the paper brings forward some improvement measures.
