摘要
茂名石化分公司动力厂2号汽轮机高压调门向杆使用寿命长短不一,多次发生拆断故障,文章对该现象进行分析,查找原因并采取相应措施,提高阀杆的使用寿命或消除阀杆折断故障。
The high-pressure steam regulating valve stems in two sets of steam turbine in Power Plant of SINOPEC Maoming Petrochemical Branch are fractured from time to time.It's very disadvantageous for the continuous production of the Power Plant.Especially for the 2# steam turbine's valve stem,it's been fractured several times with similar situation.Yet,causes for the fracture are not found.This paper analyses such failure and searches for the root causes so as to take countermeasures against such fracture.In this way, the service life of the valve stem could be prolonged and such fracture faults could be avoided.
