摘要
奥氏体不锈钢一般情况下具有较好的耐腐蚀性,但在特殊的操作工况下,此材料不但不能有效地抑制腐蚀,反而还会出现诸如点蚀、缝隙腐蚀、应力腐蚀、晶间腐蚀等现象,后两种腐蚀其隐蔽性和危害性远大于其他腐蚀给工程带来的安全隐患要重大。文章着重介绍奥氏体不锈钢的应力腐蚀及其防护。
Austenitic stainless steels generally have good corrosion resistance.But in some special operating conditions,this material is unable to effectively resist corrosion.Instead,there will be pitting corrosion,crevice corrosion,stress corrosion, intergranular corrosion and other corrosion phenomenon.The concealment and harmfulness of the latter two kinds of corrosion are much greater than other kinds of corrosion, which would bring serious potential safety hazard for engineering.This article focuses on the stress corrosion and protection of austenitic stainless steel.
