摘要
PTA精对苯二甲酸装置中PP-102泵的机械密封、高速轴、中速轴、轴瓦长时间频繁发生损坏,成为制约PTA装置安稳生产的顽疾。通过几年的分析研究,并采取相应措施,设备目前已经能够实现长周期稳定运转,为装置的平稳运行提供了有力保障。
Mechanical seal,high speed axle,middle speed axle and axle bush of PP-102 pump in PTA plant are mangled frequently.This restrains the safe production of PTA plant. Through several years of analysis and research, together with the adoption of corresponding measures,the equipment can run steadily for a long period now,which provides a powerful guarantee for the safe operation of the plant.
